Security Controls for State Agency Data. In accordance with Section 2054.138 of the Texas Government Code, Contractor certifies that it will comply with the security controls required under this Contract and will maintain records and make them available to HHSC as evidence of Contractor’s compliance with the required controls.

In accordance with Section 2054.138 of the Senat▇ ▇▇ll 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.138, Contractor certifies understands, acknowledges, and agrees that it if, pursuant to this Contract, Contractor is or will comply with be authorized to access, transmit, use, or store data for System Agency, Contractor is required to meet the security controls required under this Contract and will maintain records and make them available to HHSC as evidence of Contractor’s compliance the System Agency determines are proportionate with the required controls.System
