Security Exceptions Clause Samples
A Security Exceptions clause defines specific circumstances under which a party is not required to meet certain security obligations outlined in the agreement. For example, it may exempt a party from liability for security breaches caused by factors beyond their control, such as force majeure events or actions by third parties. This clause serves to allocate risk fairly and clarify the limits of each party's responsibility regarding security incidents.
