Security Fees Sample Clauses
The Security Fees clause defines the charges or payments required to cover the costs associated with providing security services or measures. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for paying these fees, how they are calculated, and when they are due—such as a tenant paying a landlord for building security or a party reimbursing another for hiring security personnel at an event. Its core practical function is to allocate responsibility for security-related expenses, ensuring that all parties are clear on their financial obligations regarding safety and protection measures.
