Common use of Security for Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the payment and performance of (i) all of the obligations, liabilities and indebtedness of each Pledgor (other than the Borrower) under the Guaranty, (ii) all of the obligations, liabilities and indebtedness of the Borrower under the Loan Agreement and the Other Agreements, and (iii) and all obligations of each Pledgor now or hereafter existing under this Agreement (all such obligations, liabilities and indebtedness under the Guaranty and the Loan Agreement, and all such obligations of each Pledgor now or hereafter existing under this Agreement being referred to herein as the "Liabilities").

Security for Liabilities. The Pledged Collateral secures the payment prompt payment, performance and performance observance of (i) all of the obligations, liabilities and indebtedness of each Pledgor (other than the Borrower) 's obligations and liabilities under the GuarantyIndenture and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with the Indenture, (ii) all of the obligations, Pledgor's obligations and liabilities and indebtedness of the Borrower under the Loan Agreement and the Other Agreements, Guaranty and (iii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of each the Pledgor and the Borrower now or hereafter existing under this Agreement (all such obligations, liabilities and indebtedness under the Guaranty and the Loan Agreement, and all such obligations of each Pledgor now or hereafter existing under this Agreement being hereinafter referred to herein as the "Liabilities").

The Pledged Collateral secures the payment prompt payment, performance and performance observance of (i) all the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under the Loan Agreements and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with any Loan Agreement, including the "Secured Obligations" (as such term is defined in each of the obligations, liabilities Loan Agreements) and indebtedness of each Pledgor (other than the Borrower) under the Guaranty, (ii) the Pledgor's obligations and liabilities under this Pledge Agreement and each agreement, document or instrument executed pursuant to or in connection with this Pledge Agreement (all such obligations and liabilities of the obligations, liabilities and indebtedness of the Borrower under the Loan Agreement and the Other Agreements, and (iii) and all obligations of each Pledgor now or hereafter existing under this Agreement (all such obligations, liabilities and indebtedness under the Guaranty and the Loan Agreement, and all such obligations of each Pledgor now or hereafter existing under this Agreement being hereinafter referred to herein as the "Liabilities").
