Security for Public Infrastructure. If, and to the extent required by the Town's Vested Laws, unless otherwise provided by LUDMA, security for any Public Infrastructure is required by the Town it shall be provided in a form acceptable to the Town (which may include security based on real property) as specified in the Town's Vested Laws. Partial releases of any such required security shall be made as work progresses based on LUDMA.
