Common use of Security Generally Clause in Contracts

Security Generally. All the Transaction Security: (A) is created in favour of the Lender; (B) is created over the present and future assets of each Chargor; (C) is security for the payment of all the Secured Liabilities; and (D) is made with full title guarantee in accordance with the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1994.
