Common use of Security Interest and Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Security Interest and Guarantee. The Holder has been granted a security interest (i) in certain assets of the Companies as more fully described in the Security Agreement and (ii) in the equity interests of Elandia and Company Agent’s Subsidiaries pursuant to the Equity Pledge Agreement dated as of the date hereof. The obligations of the Companies under this Note are guaranteed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and certain other Persons pursuant to Guarantees dated as of the date hereof.
