Borrower hereby grants a security interest in the Borrower’s Funds Account, any Cash Collateral and the Checking Account, to Issuer to secure all of Borrower’s obligations under the Loan Documents, and Issuer hereby assigns such security interest to Trustee on behalf of the Bondowners.
