Common use of Security Interests and Liens Clause in Contracts

Security Interests and Liens. Subject to Borrower's right to contest in good faith or cure within thirty (30) days of the filing of any Lien, Borrower shall not suffer to exist any valid Lien against the Properties or consent to the filing of any financing statements on any of the Collateral, other than the Liens created by the Security Documents and other Permitted Encumbrances.
