Security Interests Effective Immediately. Neither the execution of, nor any filing with respect to, this Agreement shall obligate the Lender to make any advance or loan or further advance, or bind the Lender to grant or extend any credit to the Grantor, but the Security Interests shall take effect forthwith upon the execution of this Agreement by the Grantor.
