Security Interviews. 2 Each employee has the right, during a Security interview which the 3 employee reasonably believes may result in discipline, to request the 4 presence of his/her shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, if the shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is available. If his/her 5 shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is not available, such employee may request the presence of 6 another immediately available shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. If a shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, pursuant to 7 the employee's request, is present during such an interview, the shop 8 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, in addition to acting as an observer, may, after the Security 9 representative has completed his/her questioning of the employee, ask 10 additional questions of the employee in an effort to provide information 11 which is as complete and accurate as possible. The shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall not 12 obstruct or interfere with the interview.
