Common use of Security Perfection Clause in Contracts

Security Perfection. The Borrower shall ensure that: (a) not later than one Moscow Business Day (as defined in each Borrower Asset Pledge and each Share Pledge) from the Utilisation Date, the documents listed in paragraphs (a) and (b) of Part B (Conditions subsequent) of Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent/subsequent) are delivered to the Joint & Several Creditor; and (b) not later than: (i) five Business Days from the Utilisation Date, the documents listed in paragraph (c) of Part B (Conditions subsequent) of Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent/subsequent) are delivered to the Facility Agent (ii) 15 Business Days from date the documents referred to in paragraph (i) above are delivered to the Facility Agent, the documents listed in paragraphs (d), (e) and (f) of Part B (Conditions subsequent) of Schedule 2 (Conditions precedent/subsequent) are delivered to the Facility Agent.
