Common use of Security Questionnaire Clause in Contracts

Security Questionnaire. Upon written request, and no more frequently than annually, Anchorage will provide Client a written data security summary in a form and scope as determined by Anchorage regarding Anchorage’s business practices and data technology environment in relation to the Processing of customer data. The summary will be Anchorage’s Confidential Information.
