Common use of Security Registrar and Conversion Agent Clause in Contracts

Security Registrar and Conversion Agent. The Company may change any Paying Agent, Security Registrar, co-registrar or Conversion Agent without prior notice. The Company or any of its Affiliates may act in any such capacity. The Trustee is entitled to the protections of Article Six in its capacity as Paying Agent, Registrar and Conversion Agent.
