Security-Related Programs. As required by Buyer, Seller will comply with security- related programs established under or in relation to the World Customs Organization (WCO) Framework of Standards to Secure & Facilitate Global Trade, and will be certified in or participate in such security-related programs. This includes but is not limited to the Customs – Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) programs. Upon ▇▇▇▇▇’s request, Seller will certify in writing and provide documentary evidence of such compliance and certification or participation.
