Security Screening Clause Samples

The Security Screening clause establishes requirements for background checks or vetting procedures for individuals who will access certain premises, information, or systems. Typically, it mandates that employees, contractors, or visitors undergo specified security checks before being granted access, which may include criminal record checks, identity verification, or other relevant screenings. This clause serves to protect sensitive assets and environments by ensuring that only trustworthy and vetted individuals are permitted access, thereby reducing the risk of security breaches or unauthorized activities.
