Security Service. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.

Security Service. Tenant acknowledges that Landlord is not responsible for the security of the Leased Premises or the protection of Tenant’s property or Tenant’s employees, invitees or contractors, and that to the extent Tenant determines that such security or protection services are advisable or necessary, Tenant shall arrange for and pay the costs of providing same.
Security Service. If this agreement or any extension or any renewal thereof is terminated by the CITY hereto prior to the expiration date set for therein, WEAVERS GUILD shall be billed for these costs for the period of time it actually occupied the Center. CITY shall be obligated to provide on the specific services stated in this Lease Agreement as being the obligation of CITY, and all other services need or desired by WEAVERS GUILD shall be the sole responsibility of WEAVERS GUILD at its own expense.
Security Service. Lessor shall provide security patrol services on the Leased Premises 24 hours a day to periodically inspect the exterior of the improvements on the Leased Premises. During the Lease Term, Lessee shall pay to Lessor the sum of $_ per month for such security services (the “Security Payment”), which shall be paid monthly in advance beginning on the Effective Date. Lessor may, upon 30 Days’ written notice to Lessee, discontinue the security patrol services contemplated by this Section 5.4, whereupon Lessee shall be relieved of further payments pursuant to this Section 5.4.
Security Service. That the Dayton Hamvention® 2024 will provide limited security service in or about the Flea Market area on May 17, 2024 commencing at 6:00 a.m., and continuing until the exhibit area is cleared of spectators on May 19, 2024.
