Security SPV’s May Seek Instructions. A Security SPV shall at any time be entitled (but not obliged) to request instructions from the Security Agent as to the manner of enforcement by it of ail or any of the Transaction Security or of any other remedies or the exercise by it of any of its rights, powers, authorities or discretions or the performance of any of its duties, obligations and responsibilities under any of the Finance Documents.
