Common use of Security Unaffected Clause in Contracts

Security Unaffected. The Security is in addition to any other security, guarantee or indemnity now or subsequently held by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in respect of the Liabilities and the Security is not in any way prejudiced by any other such security, guarantee or indemnity. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may at any time and without reference to the Client give up, deal with, vary, exchange or abstain from perfecting or enforcing any other such security, guarantee or indemnity at any time and discharge any party thereto, and realise the same as it thinks fit without in any way affecting or prejudicing the Liabilities or the Security. The Client acknowledges that the Security shall not in any way be affected by the level of Margin required pursuant to Section G.
