Security; Waiver. You authorize Lessor to file any form of financing or continuation statements and amendments thereto. THE LEASE CREATED BY THIS AGREEMENT IS INTENDED AS A "FINANCE LEASE" AS THAT TERM IS DEFINED IN ARTICLE 2A OF THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE (“UCC 2A”).
