Sediment and Erosion Control. LCZ and its contractors and agents shall be responsible for installing and maintaining effective sediment and erosion control measures during construction on the Premises in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 28.01, “Regulations for Construction Site Discharges,” Chapter 2.05 of the Stormwater Drainage Design Standards, and the CITY’s Drainage Criteria Manual. Daily cleanup shall be required on the Premises. A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) shall be submitted for review and approval in advance by the Public Works and Utilities Department Watershed Management Division.
