See Attachment A. All step increases on Attachment A will become effective at the beginning of the first pay period following execu- tion. An employee must be employed at least six (6) months and have success- fully completed their probationary period to be eligible to receive their step in- crease. Increases other than the one time increase upon ratification are effective beginning on the first pay period that falls entirely in January following ratifica- tion of the contract.
Section 3.12.1.
