Segregation of Sites. Customer understands that this is a master agreement, and that to accommodate financing, separate Systems may be owned by separate, dedicated legal entities. Therefore, at the request of Provider from time to time, the Parties shall segregate and restate the rights granted herein, and the terms hereof, in a separate agreement specific to a particular Property and Site, and with a customary System-specific owner.
