Selected Definitions. (a) Defined terms used herein, as indicated by the initial capitalization thereof, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Credit Agreement or other applicable Loan Document, unless otherwise provided herein. Each of the following terms shall have the meaning assigned to it, such definitions to be applicable equally to the singular and the plural forms of such terms and to all genders:
