Common use of Selected Services Clause in Contracts

Selected Services. The parties agree that Manager's designation of Selected Services, in accordance with Exhibit 2.1.2 to the Services Agreement, will be determined by Manager after the effective date of the Services Agreement, but such determination will in no case be made later than 45 days prior to the expiration of the Transition Period, as described in this Addendum.
