Selected Services. WORKS will provide the services described in the proposal attached as Attachment C (“Services”) to Customer. These proprietary services are designed to assist Customer in various areas of business operations and to enhance its capacity to provide its services. Some of the Services may be provided via third parties under contract with WORKS.
