Selection and Oversight. Zoom must have a process to identify subprocessors providing services to Zoom; these subprocessors must be disclosed to Customer and approved to the extent required by this Agreement.

Zoom must have a process to identify key dependent suppliers providing services to Zoom; these dependent suppliers must be disclosed to Customer and approved to the extent required by the Master Subscription Agreement. Risk assessments of each dependent supplier’s control environment must be performed.
