Selection by Trustee of Notes to Be Redeemed. If less than all of the Notes or such Other Pari Passu Lien Obligations are to be redeemed at any time, selection of such Notes for redemption, will be made by the Trustee in compliance with the requirements of the principal national securities exchange, if any, on which such Notes are listed, or, if such Notes are not so listed, on a pro rata basis or by lot or such similar method in accordance with the procedures of DTC; provided that no Notes of $2,000 or less shall be purchased or redeemed in part. Notices of purchase or redemption shall be mailed by first class mail, postage prepaid, at least 30 but not more than 60 days before the purchase or redemption date to each Holder of Notes to be purchased or redeemed at such Holder’s registered address.
