Selection of Objectives. 11.4.1 The evaluation objectives shall be based upon the California Standards for the Teaching Profession, but shall not be the California Standards for the Teaching Profession themselves. 11.4.2 All counselors, nurses and therapists will be evaluated pursuant to California standards for school counselors, nurses and therapists respectively. The District agrees to provide all counselors, nurses, therapists and evaluators with the appropriate California standards to ensure common understanding and clarity. The Standards and Elements are included as Attachment G. The evaluation shall not include the use of publishers’ norms established by standardized tests or Individual Educational Plans.
