Selection of Personnel for Distant Work. It is agreed that the Company may select Employees for distant work who, the Company consider to be the most appropriate with respect to the following criteria: ▪ Skills and/or experience required; ▪ Amount of reasonable distant work already performed; ▪ In order to establish volunteers for distant work Employee/s shall be notified of the following details (in relation to the distant work): ▪ Duration; ▪ Location; ▪ Board and lodging arrangements; ▪ Allowance arrangements; ▪ Overtime arrangements.
