The Selection of Services clause defines which specific services a provider will deliver under an agreement. It typically outlines the scope of work by listing or referencing the particular services chosen by the client, often through an attached schedule, order form, or statement of work. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the services to be provided, reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes about the provider’s obligations.
Selection of Services. Before ordering and using the Services, the Client shall familiarize itself with all of the applicable Terms of Services (in particular, the Specific Terms of Service and the Third Party Product Terms of Use), and study all of the documentation, configuration, options and ranges of services available, in order to select Services and characteristics suited to the Client's needs and those of the third parties for whom or on whose behalf the Services will be used. In particular, the Client shall verify that the Services are suited to the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the activities performed within the scope of the use of the Services. In order to obtain any additional information regarding the Services, the Client may contact OVHcloud Support as set out in article “OVHcloud Support” hereafter. The terms and characteristics of the Services shall be updated regularly. The Client is responsible to take note of these updates, particularly when placing new orders.
Selection of Services. The Clearinghouse shall provide the Institution with services (“Services”) set out in one or more Statements of Work (collectively the “SOWs”, each an “SOW”). The initial accepted SOW(s), as determined by Institution’s selection in Part Two shall be attached to this MSA and are hereby incorporated by reference. If the Clearinghouse should contact staff at your institution other than the contract signee to initiate your service, please provide his/her name and contact information in the corresponding SOW’s “Service Implementation Contact” section. Additional SOWs shall be deemed issued and accepted only if signed by authorized representatives of each of the Clearinghouse and the Institution. The Clearinghouse may hereafter accept any new Order directly from a Unit. New Orders shall be in the form included in Exhibit A.
