Selection of SROs. The Chief of Police will determine those individuals best suited for the assignment and advise the District of the eligible candidates. The Chief of Police will consider input from the District representative as to the selection of the SROs, but the Chief of Police shall have the sole discretion in the selection of the SROs. The Chief of Police’s selections shall be final.
Selection of SROs. The County shall: 1. Select SROs who possess the desire and ability to work cooperatively with the site administrators, staff, and students. 2. Select SROs who possess communication skills which would enable the officer to function effectively within the school environment. 3. Coordinate a meeting with the Safety, Security, & Emergency Management Director or designee, the SRO supervisor(s) and the SRO to discuss expectations for both parties. 4. Require all SROs to attend and successfully complete all state mandated school resource officer training, as determined by the County.

To the extent that DISTRICT is dissatisfied with the performance of one or more of the SRO’s provided under this Agreement, DISTRICT and CITY shall meet and confer and attempt to resolve the issues presented; however, to the extent DISTRICT’s dissatisfaction is not remedied, CITY shall nevertheless have ultimate authority to determine whether or not any SRO provided under this Agreement shall be replaced by a different Concord Police Officer.

  • Evaluation of Students A teacher shall maintain the right and responsibility to determine grades and other evaluation of students within the grading policies of the District based upon professional judgment of available criteria pertinent to any given subject area or activity for which the teacher is responsible. No grade or evaluation shall be changed without consultation with the teacher.

  • Distribution of Funds Deliver (i) to Seller, or order, the cash portion of the Purchase Price, adjusted for prorations, charges and other credits and debits provided for herein; and (ii) to Buyer, or order, any excess funds delivered to Escrow Agent by Buyer.   • Distribution of Public Keys Each of Registry Operator and Escrow Agent will distribute its public key to the other party (Registry Operator or Escrow Agent, as the case may be) via email to an email address to be specified. Each party will confirm receipt of the other party’s public key with a reply email, and the distributing party will subsequently reconfirm the authenticity of the key transmitted via offline methods, like in person meeting, telephone, etc. In this way, public key transmission is authenticated to a user able to send and receive mail via a mail server operated by the distributing party. Escrow Agent, Registry Operator and ICANN will exchange public keys by the same procedure.
