Common use of Selective Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Selective Enforcement. In the event either party elects selectively and successively to enforce its rights under any one or more of the instruments securing payment of the Term Note, or the Loan Documents, such action will not be deemed a waiver or discharge of any other lien or encumbrance securing payment of the Term Note until such time as the Bank shall have been paid in full all sums advanced by the Bank.
