Common use of Selective Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Selective Enforcement. In the event Lender shall elect to selectively and successively enforce its rights, such action shall not be deemed a waiver or discharge of any other lien, encumbrance or security instrument securing payment of the Note until such time as Lender shall have been paid in full all sums outstanding under the Note.
