Common use of Selective Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Selective Enforcement. In the event the Lender elects to selectively and successively enforce the Lender's rights under any one or more of this Agreement or the Related Agreements, such action will not be deemed a waiver or discharge of any other right or remedy until such time as all of the Corporation's obligations thereunder have been satisfied.
