Common use of Seller to be Scheduling Coordinator Clause in Contracts

Seller to be Scheduling Coordinator. During the Delivery Term, Seller shall be its own Scheduling Coordinator or designate a qualified third party to provide Scheduling Coordinator services with the CAISO to Schedule and deliver the Product to the Delivery Point, and Buyer shall be its own Scheduling Coordinator or designate a qualified third party to provide Scheduling Coordinator services with the CAISO. Each Party shall perform all scheduling and transmission activities in compliance with (i) the CAISO Tariff, (ii) WECC scheduling practices, and (iii) Prudent Operating Practice. The Parties agree to communicate and cooperate as necessary in order to address any scheduling or settlement issues as they may arise, and to work together in good faith to resolve them in a manner consistent with the terms of the Agreement.
