semesters. Each non-tenured and probationary bargaining unit member (except probationary teachers) will be provided with a signed copy of the formal evaluation. The employee shall sign for receipt of the evaluation at the time it is provided to him/her. This signature does not mean that the employee is in agreement with the formal evaluation.
