Common use of Seminars and Conferences Clause in Contracts

Seminars and Conferences. An employee may petition the Executive Director regarding their interest in attending Seminars/Conferences. If financial resources are available or can be found there may be approval to attend. The Employer will pay the conference fee. Any other reimbursements will be discussed and agreed upon at time of approval.
