Common use of Seminars and Training Programs Clause in Contracts

Seminars and Training Programs. In the event Vendor conducts seminars, training sessions or similar events which are generally made available to Vendor’s clients, LACERA shall be invited to attend upon the same terms and conditions as such other clients. If LACERA reimburses Vendor for costs associated with LACERA’s attendance, the Vendor will reduce the next quarterly invoice by the amount reimbursed.
