Common use of Seminars and Training Programs Clause in Contracts

Seminars and Training Programs. In the event Consultant conducts seminars, training sessions or similar events which are generally made available to Consultant’s clients, LACERA shall be invited to attend upon the same terms and conditions as such other clients. If LACERA reimburses Consultant for costs associated with LACERA’s attendance, the Consultant will reduce the next quarterly invoice by the amount reimbursed.
