Common use of Sending Notices Clause in Contracts

Sending Notices. Any notice required or permitted to be given under --------------- this Assignment shall be given (i) in the case of the Assignor and each Lender, in accordance with the Credit Agreement, (ii) in the case of a L/C Creditor, in accordance with the relevant Secured Letter of Credit and (iii) in the case of a Swap Creditor, in accordance with the relevant Secured Swap Contract.
