Sending of Notice. Notices required to be given or sent pursuant to this Agreement shall be sent by prepaid first class mail, delivered personally by courier, or sent by fax, or other means of near-instantaneous communication. Unless advised in writing of a change of address, any notice or the service of any legal proceeding on the Producer or the District Council at their addresses indicated on the Bargaining Authorization and Voluntary Recognition Agreement shall be good and valid and constitute personal service.
