Sending Payments. We will send Payments in accordance with your or your Authorised Persons' instructions to third party beneficiaries or another account held in your name that you specify to us in accordance with your Payment Instructions. When making Payments to yourself and not to a third-party beneficiary, we will only make a Payment to a bank account where you are the named holder of such bank account.
