Senior Journeymen Clause Samples

The 'Senior Journeymen' clause defines the qualifications, roles, or status of experienced tradespeople within a contract or agreement. By clearly distinguishing senior journeymen from other workers, the clause ensures that complex or critical work is performed by highly qualified personnel, thereby maintaining quality standards and reducing the risk of errors.
