Senior Practice Manager. (a) At the commencement of this Agreement, an full-time Employee employed as a Senior Practice Manager will be paid a base salary of at least $50,000 per annum (base annual salary). (b) Increases of $2,500 will be added to the base annual salary for every $100,000 of gross revenue generated by the Employer’s business unit in accordance with the tables set out below. These increases will be calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis up to a gross remuneration package not exceeding $100,000 p.a.
