Senior Representatives. The Parties will attempt in good faith to amicably and promptly resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement through discussions between the General Manager of Medtronic Neuromodulation’s Gastro/Urological business unit and the Chief Operating Officer of Urologix. If the Parties are unable to resolve a dispute within thirty (30) days, the matter will be escalated to senior representatives who have authority to settle the controversy. These senior representatives shall be the Chief Executive Officer of Urologix and the President of Medtronic Neuromodulation. These representatives shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith, and recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a solution satisfactory to both Parties before resorting to dispute resolution as provided below.
