SENIORITY/PRIORITY. 5.01 For the purposes of this Collective Agreement the terms seniority/priority are interchangeable. 5.02 Subject to the other provisions of this article, “seniority” or “priority” shall be defined as an employee’s continuous length of service since his/her last date of hire into a bargaining unit position.
