Sensitive Personal Data. In relation to entering into this Agreement and to the performance thereof, the Production Company shall process a number of personal data on the Director. This data shall be processed in accordance with the Production Company’s privacy policy in force at any given time, of which the Production Company shall secure written proof that the Director has been informed.
