Common use of Separate and Independent Clause in Contracts

Separate and Independent. The Company Warranties, the Shareholders Warranties and the Purchaser Warranties set forth in each paragraph of Schedule 3, Schedule 4 and Schedule 5, respectively, shall be separate and independent and save as expressly provided shall not be limited by reference to any other paragraph or anything in this Agreement or the Disclosure Schedule.
