Common use of Separate Claims Clause in Contracts

Separate Claims. Nothing contained in this Article 11 shall prevent either Landlord, Tenant or any Leasehold Mortgagee from filing or prosecuting separately their respective claims pursuant to this Article 11 for an Award or payment on account of the Takings to which this Article 11 applies, provided any such proceeding shall not reduce the amount of the Award provided to any other party pursuant to the terms of this Lease.‌
